  1. Widget that run under conditions

    Widget that only appear if webpage behind is, has been updated. Like severe weather, amber alert, police notice, etc.

  2. Remote PC viewing

    Would it be possible to make the Pi a VNC viewer? The use case for this could be for presentations or demos where a PC desktop is required, a PC can have the VNC server broadcasting a (view only) stream of its desktop. The Pi can then view this stream?

  3. Don't require User to remove the 'Apply Needed' overlay

    The Yodeck auto-updates aren’t really ‘auto’ as they still require user intervention to remove the 'Apply Needed' overlay. Please make it so the user doesn't have to intervene to remove the ‘Apply Needed’ that would be really appreciated.

    We have a part time staffer who manages our screen and they are only here two days a week. That means if they don’t see the ‘Apply Needed’ overlay, it’s up for days. This communicates a lacks professionalism for our sign and department. I believe would be a benefit to other Yodeck users as well.

  4. More customizable admin roles

    Allow more roles to be created for administration roles (creating/managing users, creating/managing workspaces, etc) without having to give full administrator role to the user account.
    Here's my use-case:
    I want to be able to create a "user admin" that can create/delete user accounts.
    I want to create a different role where I can grant access to any current and future workspace without having to go grant them specific access every time a new workspace is created.

  6. Better RSS widget

    A RSS widget that kinda looks like this: http://prntscr.com/o3u39j
    That would be really great. The current rss widget is kinda good too and i'm glad the development team made it, but its not perfect. It doesn't look that good to be honest. Still, Yodeck is the best signage company there is!

  7. Add "Position" field in the user details section

    Not sure if there would be a better way to word it, but it would be nice to have a section in the user details view to be able to put their job title, or even a "note" or "comment".

    For example, we have a people in the library that have accounts on Yodeck. They are assigned "Library: Playlist manager". Looking at that, I know that they work in the Library, but I don't know if they are "front desk" person or if they are a "library manager" since they share the same "Role" on Yodeck.

  9. Google Cal 'guest Welcome screen" widget

    Not sure if you got this, screen timed out while I was busy on something else.
    I need a Google calendar widget to display user-entered text on a Welcome screen, between the times of the calendar entry.
    If there are multiple, overlapping entries, scroll up or across.

    Use mouse and keyboard from remote location. (stream screen like teamviewer) would be nice for troubleshooting

    more jobs that will help all class of people better for economy cuz if u haven't noticed more and more people are moving to the San Joaquin valley from the Bay I say cuz cost of living out there is to high for even the wealthy people but just an oppion ok thank u

  19. Allow "Offline" alerts to be send to a different email address per screen

    It would be a good feature to set an email address for each of the Players. We have players all over the country in different locations. All the "Offline" Status emails get sent to one email address. It would be a lot better if this email could be sent to per person per player so they can deal with it, saving us some time.
