Indeed, the “workflow” part of Workspaces needs a bit of polishing.
However, implementing your suggestion would be a bit complex. Yodeck cannot tell when you are done adding Media on the Media Gallery. And if you work a lot on Media, this can be annoying, and at the end, could be just ignored by people.
Perhaps it would make sense to be able to explicitly send a predefined message (e.g. “New Media Available”, of course being editable) to all people on a Workspace.

We are considering to add this feature to Yodeck.
Specifically, you will need to add a web camera or a Raspberry Pi Camera and use Google Coral, a USB AI module that does analytics and demographics of viewers. Total additional cost for hardware per screen would be something around $100. And you would get a) reports on number of viewers and demographics, b) triggers to change content based on demographic groups (e.g. ads targeting males over 50).
We love this feature, but, to be honest, it is a bit down the road, likely for Q1-Q2 2020. Hope you stay on board to see it getting released!

We are planning to complete integration with Zapier within 2019. This will provide integration with popular services, like Google Drive, Dropbox, Instagram, and many more.

While we started working on the Google Drive integration a couple of months back, it turned out to be quite convoluted, as it required a special authorization from Google that was too complicated to get at this point. Dropbox is much easier to provide, so we did that first (see the link above).We are planning to resume work for Google Drive support towards Q1-Q2 2021.

Developing an app for performing basic functions and receiving notifications is in our plans, but it is a low priority. The Yodeck portal works ok under a mobile web browser, so it is not a hard requirement to develop such an app.

Could you please provide more information? What exactly are you trying to achieve?
You can stream online the output of a Player, using an HDMI streamer and YouTube Live. Is this what you need?

If you want to use this for turning the beamer on/ and off, then you can create a custom power script. Whenever the “Turned Off” special Show is used, you would set the GPIO pin accordingly. Here are the details: https://www.yodeck.com/docs/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=327908
Overall, we plan to provide access to GPIO pins through Custom Widgets, so we are keeping this idea as accepted,

Hi, ok the priority is very nice but now 1 have 20 Colors. A little Rainbow on my Desktop :D
I think for the same entry need 1 color. Can i Choose this one? Example: Show A i would like darkred with white text. Show B in blue and white text :)
And i see now every Show in 5-6 colors, now i can see all entries for every monitor and this is a little too much :)
