In order to provide Live Chat support, we need to have tech support agents available 24/7. Right now, we are generally available through email between 4am-4pm (US Eastern time) on weekdays and same hours for urgent issues on weekends. We are planning to extend this to cover the whole 24 hours as soon as we have the resources required.
We do have customers using touchscreens with Yodeck. We do plan to provide some better support for configuring the touchscreen.
Touchscreens are usable with Widgets and Web Page, and we plan to expand support for navigating content (move to next, previous) and add support for an on-screen keyboard and navigation buttons for the web browser.

After this is released, we will soon start working on ticker-based alerts, to allow showing alerts on top of normally displayed content.

We are planning to complete integration with Zapier within 2019. This will provide integration with popular services, like Google Drive, Dropbox, Instagram, and many more.

We are planning to provide support for Zapier. Here is the suggestion in our forum:
Through that, it will be possible to integrate Yodeck with Google Drive, so that any content added to Google Drive is copied to Yodeck and then pushed to your Players.
I am tagging this idea as under review, since we might offer a Google Drive (and Dropbox) integration in the future. In any case, we will update all of you with any developments on the Zapier integration.

Supporting ICS files/URLs natively on Yodeck (and not being displayed from an online service through a Web Page) has been coming up in requests. This requires a new Widget and some serious development.
We are growing the team, and new team members coming on board will start working on new Widgets, with focus on the main social widgets and this calendar widget. These two are the most requested features so far.
