It will great to have monitors share tags assigned to all media assets. So each media can have one or more tags like "Global" and "SFO Office" and the option to choose partial or exact match. Then on your Monitors you select how the player will be tagged based on the available media tags. This allows to have a single playlist with content for multiple locations and only the monitors matching the tags assigned to the media will play that asset. I have seen this functionality on other signage platforms and the scheduling much more easier than having to manage multiple playlists.
