  1. Publish to Intranet

    With all of the covid related work from home mandates, people are no longer in the office walking by our YoDeck boards. I would really like to publish YoDeck content to an intranet page so people could continue to get our communications. This could also help with remote field employees who rarely come into the office.

  4. Wayfinding feature

    This is quite helpful especially when you want to show directions to other screens from one screen. For instance in hotels with a couple of meeting/conference rooms. Instead of guests coming in and asking for directions to their respective meetings, the wayfinding screen at the entrance could easily show where the meeting is taking place i.e what floor and which room their meeting is being held in.

  5. No signal - HDMI

    Hi, I'm using yodeck since 2 days and have a problem with it. It loses signal and shows 'No signal' after a while - sometimes it works perfectly for few hours, but sometimes it happens every 15 minutes. Rebooting device helps but it's not a solution. Monitor is all the time visible as 'online' in yodeck app (with up-to-date 'last seen online' and screenshot time)

    EDIT - TV doesn't support HDMI CEC.

  7. Including blend as an option for RSS feeds

    I use a lot of custom news feed and on another product we use. We have the ability to blend the borders high medium and off.

    this adds a very professional look, for very little effort

  9. Any known conflicts with Eero mesh routers?

    Since I have replaced my single router with Eero mesh I can't get my pi running Yodeck to connect. I've tried turning off the 5gz and tried to connect to the guest network. Nothing. The only way I can get it to connect is via ethernet, but the router is downstairs and my office is upstairs (no ethernet unfortunately) Would really like to get it working. Any thoughts?

  10. Add Hebrew GUI and support

    As we understood from your customer support ( not sales )- see below , your potential at this time is not sufficient for the local market in Israel as you are not supporting Hebrew.

    It is rather easier for you to support Hebrew as , technically,as it set exactly like Arabic ( directed from right to left ) with Hebrew Characters and fonts.

  11. audio control schedule scheduling

    Good day
    when we publish the calendar I wish there was an option if the programming must have an audio on or off!
    this is utilizssimo, even better if there was the possibility to adjust the audio on each programming!
    this solution is necessary when you make information screens in environments where you want to broadcast live images only for a few hours
    your system is very good soon I will make a tuttorial in Italian on yotube

  12. Strict Clock Based Scheduling

    I think it would be great if you guys offered a playback option where you could toggle how the scheduled played, either by load time or by real time. IE, load time being that the schedule just starts from the beginning whenever it loads. Real time being strictly by time, meaning, it the playlist starts at 11:14 for some reason, it would start at minute 14 of the playlist.
    In one of our use cases, a piece of content CANNOT load during a certain window of time. So, we need to ensure that the schedule we build stays on time.…

  15. Google Sheet realtime updating

    I'd like to see a widget to allow a google sheet to be linked and player refresh every minute or so to reflect changes made in the spreadsheet. My idea is a scoreboard where I can update the spreadsheet for a team and the player will refresh showing the updated spreadsheet.

  16. Sub-Playlist-Schedule by Weekday and Time

    Random Subplaylists are amazing!

    Even greater would be the ability to show a subplaylist only on specific days of the week or in a specific timeframe (e.g. from 12:00 - 14:00)

    Generally, we try to keep scheduling options in the Schedules section, to keep things clear and separate.

    On the other hand, we are planning to provide advanced actions, commands, conditions and filters for Playlists. Your suggestion could be modelled as a special command or filtered.

  17. lettertype grote voor Ticker widget

    beste medewerker,

    1- het zou fijn zijn om de grote van het lettertype te kunnen aanpassen.
    nu kan je alleen de font, kleuren, bold en italic aanpassen maar niet de grote.
    als je een protrait modus draait is de tekst er groot en lastig te lezen.

    2- Bij de bij de calendar events feed widget is het andersom, daar is de tekst te klein ten opzichte van de rest en zou het fijn zijn om de grote te kunnen aan passen.
    en misschien idee om ook het tekst veld bij beschrijvingen mee te nemen ipv van alleen de kop.

  19. Add role with View-only access to Monitor Configuration

    When none-IT-personnel install monitors they need to be able to check the online status of their device.

    Currently I would have to give them the IT Manager role since this is the only role with access to Monitor Configuration. This is however read/write which is not suitable in my case.

    I suggest a new role similar to the IT Manager but with view only access to devices.

  20. Web Page Scroller Widget

    Sometimes we have requirement to show a certain website and have it scroll or zoom in a certain way.
    Scrolling Website App would be the solution for that.

    Use any Website URL
    Set the app to scroll down & up the web page, or just scroll to a certain location and or range using pixels

    Set scrolling speed
    Set the app to zoom in/out

    a 2hr job for any programmer using java scripts
