  1. Playlist "currently playing" and countdown

    show screen number when playing items in playlist, now showing n of x , and possibly a timer couting down to next item.

    Showing Playlist-level and item-level progress could be useful. Although not a high-priority, we will be adding this.

    We are also adding native PDF support shortly, so this will be beneficial in case of text content.

  2. QR Code Option

    QR Code creator internal for yodeck. The thought here is there is often more information than can be read or should be displayed at one time. Perhaps there is an option for Yodeck to automatically create a QR code for pages that optionally could be included on a corner of a page allowing whoever is reading the page to pull up more information through the QR code. This would be activated by page or could be created for each although each page, when this option is selected, would need granular information to ensure the QR code directs to the correct…

    We do have a QR Widget that you can use to display a QR code. What is actually missing is the ability to sync Playlists. You could have the Web Pages on one Playlist and the QR Widgets on another Playlist. You would then overlay the QR Playlist above the Web Playlist and sync them, so that their timing matches and they change at the same time.

    Yes, we do support Chinese (and other) character sets. By default, we have not included Chinese support because the fonts are really big and would use too much storage on the SD card.

    If you need Chinese, please contact us and we will set up Chinese fonts in your Players.

    Eventually, we do plan to include support for all characters. We will be changing the ticker rendering code to support HTML, so all fonts will be eventually supported with the best possible way.

    Our translation are currently community-supported! If you are interested, please reach out and we can provide you with access to any language you can translate!

    I am leaving this suggestion open until we have Danish ready (I know we are working on it)!
