Emergency Alerting - scripted alerts with audio
Emergency Notifications / Alerts.
Ability to have a set of scripted notifications (with a sound) that can be triggered via either a local http GET or an API call to YoDeck.
eg "ALERT - Shelter in place", "FIRE - Prepare to evacuate" etc etc
We now fully support all the Emergency notifications you may need! You can use the Emergency Alerts feature across all Yodeck Plans and you can use it either as a standalone way to broadcast alerts, or combined with your CAP-enabled monitoring system, like Alertus, PunchAlert and others. CAP is a standard API, so you can also code your own API integration!

Actually, good thing would be create a show for different scenarios (e.g. Fire, alarm, or other trigger event) then when that event occurs using api calls, or other triggers, that show is displayed without someone having to manually trigger it.
Even better, for areas that have multiple monitors, you could have groups with monitors in them, (monitors should be able to be in multiple groups if needed) that way when a trigger is made, a show is displayed, you can tell the system which group of monitors to display it on (specific building, group of buildings, etc.)

We are testing out Yodeck for displaying application monitoring information. If it was possible to send a trigger when an alert from the monitoring triggers to allow the Yodeck player to play a notification sound would be an awesome addition to the viability of using Yodeck.

Creating priority levels for shows. This way if you are using the screens in a building and a fire alarm sounds, you can have a show setup for fire alarms (with instructions) that you can quickly login, trigger it to play and once finished can have it revert back to your main screen.
